Patricia A. Morton, age 87 of Fremont, passed away Friday, August 17, 2001 in Fremont. She was born on December 12, 1913 in East Chicago, Indiana to Antonio and Antoinette (Strainese) Iervolina and moved to Fremont in 1930. She met and later married Correl Ray Morton on October 13, 1938 in Fremont. Correl preceded her in death April 6, 1957. She had worked at the Gerber Products Company in Fremont for many years until her retirement in December 1979. Pat was a faithful member of the All Saints Catholic Church and Blue Army of All Saints Altar Society and was a former member of the Women of the Moose in Fremont. She is survived by her daughter, Mrs. Dianne (Richard) Weesies of Montague: son, Larry James Morton of Wyoming; 11 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; sister, Mrs. Ann (Kenneth) Mayville of Fremont; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death her brothers, Ralph, Emil, and Fio Iervolina and sister Mary Lewis. Funeral Mass Services were held on Wednesday, August 22, 2001 from the All Saints Catholic Church in Fremont with Rev. Father Richard VanLente presiding and Rosary Services on Tuesday evening at the Crandell Funeral Home Chapel in Fremont. Interment was in the Maple Grove Cemetery in Fremont.
