Peggy Jane Randolph, age 80 of Hesperia, passed away Friday, December 4, 2020 at the Spectrum Health Butterworth Campus in Grand Rapids. Peggy was born on November 3, 1940 in Fremont to John B. and Faye (Kalman) Fairchild and graduated from Hesperia High School in 1959. Peggy married Stephen Randolph on June 7, 1959 in Hesperia and has been a lifelong resident of Hesperia. Peggy had been a cashier/clerk at the Hesperia State Bank which later became Shelby State Bank which she retired from after 23 years. Peggy enjoyed shopping, flower gardening, ceramic painting, gaming, camping, was known to many as "super clean" and treasured the time she spent with her grandchildren. Peggy also enjoyed riding their Gold Wing motorcycle with Steve around the United States.
Peggy is survived by her husband of 61 of years, Steve of Hesperia; her children, Tim (Paula) Randolph of Fruitport; Todd (Lisa) Randolph of Grand Haven; Julie (Terry) Keuvelaar of Hesperia; 10 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; her sisters and brother, Jeannette Walker of Hesperia; Nila (Jim) Clark of Hesperia; Virginia (James) Pearson of Hesperia; Byron (Iva) Fairchild of Hesperia; several nieces and nephews. Peggy was preceded in death by her parents, John and Faye Fairchild.
VISITATION : Tuesday, December 8, 2020 from 12:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. at the Crandell Funeral Home – Fremont Chapel 7193 W 48th Street Fremont MI 49412. NOTE : during the visitation, a limited number of people will be permitted into the funeral home and friends will need to rotate in and out of the funeral home during the visitation with face coverings being required.
