Peggy Marie Walker, age 77 of Fremont, passed away Thursday, May 10, 2018 at her home following a lingering illness. Peggy was born on February 3, 1941 in Muskegon to John and Clara (King) O'Rear and graduated from Muskegon High School. Peggy later married Frank Walker on January 15, 1966 in Muskegon. Peggy moved to the Fremont area in 1970 from Muskegon and enjoyed sewing, reading, traveling, camping, but especially treasured the time she spent with her family. Peggy is survived by her husband of 52 years, Frank of Fremont; her children, Becky (Neal) Crawford of Fremont; Frank Walker III of Grant; Lance (Melissa) Walker of Fremont; 9 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Rhonda Inman on October 11, 2017; her brother, Dale O'Rear and her son-in-law, Gregory Inman. A private memorial luncheon will be held at a later date following Peggy's wishes for cremation. Friends may consider memorial contributions to the Peggy M. Walker family.
