Pernell Colclough Johnson, age 81 of Newaygo, passed away Saturday, March 03, 2001 at the Transitional Health Services in Fremont. She was born on October 20, 1919 in Patterson, New Jersey to John James and Alice (Shaw) Kipp and has been a longtime resident of the Newaygo Area where she had worked in housekeeping in the health care facilities. She married Leonard Colclough on March 21, 1964 in Illinois and Leonard preceded her in death on June 29, 1993. She later married Erwin Roy Johnson. She had attended the Victory Church. She is survived by her husband, Erwin of Newaygo; her son, Edward George (Frieda) Schaefgen of Algoquin, Illinois; her daughter, Laura Jean (Dan) Liveris of Schamburg, Illinois; 5 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; 1 brother, Edward Drew Kipp of Texas. Funeral graveside services were held on Saturday, March 10, 2001 at 11:00am at the Croton Township Cemetery in Croton. Arrangements by Crandell Funeral Home in Fremont.
