Phillip J. Brookhouse, age 66 of Kentwood, formerly of Fremont, passed away Thursday, June 30, 2022 at the Cottages at Martin Lake following a short illness. Phillip was born on April 1, 1956 in Fremont to Arvid and Edwinna (Johnson) Brookhouse and graduated from Fremont High School in 1974. Phillip had been a foreman in the automotive manufacturing industry for several years until his retirement. Phillip is survived by his brother, Jim (Jeannie) Brookhouse of Fremont; his sister, Lynn Brookhouse of Fremont; several nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held at the Maple Grove Cemetery in Fremont with the dates and times to be announced soon.
