Rachel Shawn Belcher, 52, of White Cloud, passed away Sunday, August 30, 2026.

Rachel was born February 6, 1974, and is the daughter of Janet Fetterley and Lawrence Stillwell. She was married to James Belcher on June 22, 1996, and they recently celebrated 30 wonderful years together. Rachel worked as a Medical Biller and currently served as the Goodwell Township Treasurer as well as president of the Michigan Equine Challenge Association (MECA). She enjoyed riding and showing horses, ceramics, golfing, and fishing. Sweet, lovable, kind, and patient are just a few of her many attributes. Her faith and love for the Lord were felt in her presence and were a constant bond for her family, who are deeply missing her already.

Rachel is survived by: her husband, James; mother, Janet Fetterley; father, Lawrence Stillwell; sister, Sarah Stillwell; brother, Jason (Tara) Stillwell; nephew, Hunter; step-sister, Paula (Roan) Huson; and step-brother, Michael Fetterley.’

She was preceded in death by her step-father, Paul Fetterley.

A Funeral Service will take place at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, September 8, 2026 at Crandell Funeral Home 1109 Court Street White Cloud MI 49349. Visitation will take place 1 hour prior to the start of the service. Interment will be at Goodwell Township Cemetery.
