Ralph Gray, 94, of Fremont, passed away Wednesday, April 15, 2026.

Ralph was born in 1931. He spent the years of his youth in Illinois. As an adult, he served his country proudly in the US Army and retired from the military with over 20 years of service. He rose to a position as a field-grade officer. He married Patricia in 1953. Together they enjoyed 65 years of marriage. She preceded him in death several years ago.

Ralph enjoyed small-town life. He liked hunting, fishing, shooting, and staying active. His time in the military took him all over the country and occasionally overseas. He especially enjoyed Alaska. Ralph eventually settled into retirement in Fremont, where he relished living for more than 3 decades.

Ralph was a strong-willed, generous, caring man who will be deeply missed.

He is survived by: his two sons, 6 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.

Cremation will take place and memorial services are in the process of being planned and will be announced soon.
