Raymond C. Rauch, age 81 of White Cloud, passed away Friday, August 15, 2008 at his home. Ray was born on June 4, 1927 in Cassville, Wisconsin, to William F. and Marie (Dresen) Rauch and married Donna Mae Cook on April 7, 1951, in Kalamazoo. Ray was an Army veteran of the Korean Conflict, member of the United Paper Makers International Union Local #323. Ray is survived by his children, Larry (Judy) Rauch of Florida, Michael (Judy) Rauch of Kalamazoo, Debra (Dave) Smith of Nova Scotia, Canada, Kenneth Rauch of New Mexico, and Sharon Smith of White Cloud; 16 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; sisters, Gretchen (Chico) Lawrence of Wisconsin and Florence Kafar of Iowa. He was preceded in death by his wife Donna Mae in 2002 and his brother Carson in 1993. Friends may consider Hospice of Michigan Newaygo County for memorial contributions in memory of Ray.
