Richard J. Kopach Sr., age 71 of White Cloud, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, November 16, 2015 at his home. Richard was born on October 12, 1944 in Chicago to Samuel and Mary A. (Hannak) Kopach and married Thomasine "Judy" Johnston on July 24, 1965 in Chicago. Richard had been a salesman for Successful Farming for many years and in 1981, Richard and Judy moved to the White Cloud area from Lockport, Illinois. Richard worked part time in the security department at Ravenna Steel and Stamping until his final retirement. Richard enjoyed John Deere and Farmall tractors and corresponding with other members in tractor clubs and had been a unique hat collector and was a proud member of the NRA. Richard had been an avid reader and was always learning something new throughout his lifetime and had been a World War II airplane historian. He also enjoyed listening to Polka music and was proud of his Lithuanian heritage. Richard is survived by his wife of 50 years, Judy of White Cloud; his children, Rich (Suzette) Kopach Jr. of Evart; Renee Kopach of White Cloud; several nieces, nephews, and cousins. VISITATION : Saturday, November 21, 2015 from 10-12pm at the Grace Community Church (105 W Sheridan Fremont MI 49412) with FUNERAL SERVICES : Saturday, November 21, 2015 at 12pm at the Grace Community Church.
