Richard L. "Dick" St. Peter, age 80 of Fremont, passed away Sunday, November 19, 2017 at the Spectrum Health Butterworth Campus in Grand Rapids. Richard was born on March 18, 1937 in Enos, Indiana to Roy M. and Virginia (Beckwith Anderson) St. Peter and graduated from Lebanon, Indiana High School in 1955. Richard married Bonnie Jean Hayden on January 27, 1956 in Lebanon, Indiana. Richard became a PGA Pro in 1956 and started working at the Hillview Country Club in Franklin, Indiana until 1976 when he moved to Fremont and purchased Northwood Golf Course which he has owned until his passing. Richard enjoyed golf, hunting, fishing, bowling and reading and was a Life Member of the PGA Professionals. Richard was also a lifelong Indiana University fan and enjoyed taking his dog, Studly for walks every day.

Dick is survived by his wife of 61 years, Bonnie of Fremont; his daughter, Cheryl Lynn (Arthur) DeMars of Holton; his son, Rick L. (Wendy) St. Peter of Fremont; grandchildren, Ashley (Jason) Finch; Erik St. Peter; Cameron (Toni) Delo; Ryan (Abby) St. Peter; Troy (Theresa) St. Peter; his great granddaughter, Kamryn Elise Delo.

VISITATION : Saturday, December 2, 2017 from 3-6pm at Crandell Funeral Home – Fremont Chapel with private memorial services at a later date. MEMORIAL CONTRIBUTIONS : Truenorth for the Children's Christmas Fund or Newaygo County Animal Shelter
