Ricky Norman Reaume, of White Cloud, MI, passed away suddenly Wednesday morning on May 28, 2025, at the age of 63. He was preceded in passing by his father, Bernard "Barney" Reaume and his brother, Bernard Russel "Russ" Reaume.

The youngest of five children, Ricky was born June 15, 1961, in Romulus, MI, and later moved to Hesperia, MI, where he grew up on his family farm. He often shared stories of raising animals with his siblings and the circus pony he had as a boy. He attended Hesperia High School, where he played football and wrestled, graduating in 1980. He later went on to work with Gerber Products Company for 27 years.

His friends and family remember him for his sense of humor, and have found solace these last few days in as many tears of laughter as of grief as they recall the happy, but too-short, time they shared with Ricky. When he was not making you laugh, he enjoyed his many projects around home, including the garden he and his brother Russ cultivated for many years on his property and the many improvements he made to his house. His home was a special place for many, where he would often gather friends and family for cookouts and card games. He also took great joy in the time spent with his grandsons, who loved their adventures with their Papa.

Ricky's memory lives on through his surviving family, including his mother, Jeanine Reaume; his three children: Shelby (Jesse) Genzink, Joseph Reaume, and Jacob Reaume; was stepfather to Angel (Chad) Harmsen; his two grandsons, Brayden and Brody Genzink; his three sisters: Laura (Colin) King, Amy (Dave) Zielinski and Mickey (Patrick) Conklin, and his sister-in-law Julie Reaume, as well as his many nieces and nephews.

Friends and family are invited to gather at Fremont Christian Church on Tuesday, June 3rd, 2025, to celebrate Ricky's life. Visitation will take place at the church from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., followed by a funeral service at 1 p.m. Luncheon will be provided following the service.
