Obituary

Embrace the gifts of tomorrows, for hidden within each of them are moments which will not come again. Ridley Glenn Hutchins, of White Cloud, MI., departed this life on August 3, 2003 at his residence. He was born April 10, 1937 , in Tennessee to Cledith Carr and Arthur Hutchins. Glen leaves behind to grieve, his second wife, Patricia Lee Krueger Hutchins; her three loving children: Jimmy, Christine, and Timothy; his six loving children: Victoria, Sharon, Cynthia, Christopher Glen, Rebecca, and Susan; from his former marriage to Rosemary Jeannie Sobocinski Hutchins, two sisters, one brother, many loving grandchildren, great-grandchildren, loving nieces, adoring nephews, and outstanding best friends Bob and Gay Short. Glen was an excellent carpenter who took great pride in his word and in himself. He beautified many peoples homes and hearts with his magnificent woodwork, which will remain a permanent fixture in their homes as he will in ours. Glen will sadly and fondly missed by his loving family, great friends, and his faithful dogs Heidi, Angel, and Kado. A service was held at Crandell Funeral Home in White Cloud, MI., from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Friday, August 8, 2003 , and a celebration of his life took place at Woodys in Bitely, MI., on Saturday August 9, 2003 , at 2:00 p.m. through 5: p.m.. In nothing are we as rich in our memories; they are pictures painted by our hearts, and nothing can erase them.
