Robert Lee Deuling, age 62 of Fremont and formerly of White Cloud, passed away, Saturday, January 6, 2018 at the Rex Street Home in Fremont following a short illness. Robert was born on November 21, 1955 in Fremont William E. and Rose Mary (Maes) Deuling and has been a lifelong resident of the Newaygo County area. Robert was a member of the St. Joseph Catholic Church in White Cloud and had been a member of the Knights of Columbus Marian Council 3111 at All Saints Catholic Church in Fremont. Robert has worked as a caretaker at the St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery for several years and enjoyed fishing in his younger years. Robert is survived by his brothers, John (Marthy) Deuling of Newaygo; Peter (Dorothy) Deuling of Fitzgerald, Georgia; Patrick (Elaine) Deuling of Yuma, Arizona; several nieces, nephews and cousins. Robert was preceded in death by his mother, Rosemary Deuling on June 29, 1988; his father, William Deuling on October 2, 1990; and his brother, Tony Anthony Deuling in 1958 and Joseph R. Deuling on May 24, 2015. VISITATION : Friday, January 19, 2018 from 10:30 -11:30 am at the St. Joseph Catholic Memorial Hall in White Cloud.
