Robert H. Hodges, age 46 of White Cloud, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, January 13, 2001 at the Gerber Memorial Health Services in Fremont. He was born on July 17, 1954 in Trenton, Michigan to Frederick J. and Jean (Lathrop) Hodges and has been a lifelong resident of White Cloud where he worked at Utility Contracting in Sparta. He is survived by his mother, Jean of White Cloud; sisters, Barbara (Howard) Shafer of White Cloud; Ruth Green of Kingsley, Michigan; Fredrick "Larry" (Barb) Hodges, of Norfolk, Virginia; Richard (Linda) Hodges of White Cloud; several nieces and nephews; many aunts, uncles, cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, Frederick in 1992 and his brother, James in 1984. Funeral services were held on Wednesday, January 17, 2001 from the Crandell Funeral Home in White Cloud with Rev. Father Raymond Bruck from St. Joseph Catholic Church presiding.
