Roger L. Lynn, age 55 of Hersey, passed away Thursday, September 14, 2017 following a short illness at his home. Roger was born on October 20, 1961 in Flint to Robert Lawrence and Iva Mary (Gorton) Lynn and has been a longtime resident of the Hersey area and was a graduate of Waterford Township High School. Roger had worked as a robot operator for Ventra in Evart and enjoyed Nascar racing, being in the Michigan outdoors camping, woodworking and loved canning everything and anything.

Roger is survived by his mother, Iva Lynn; his significant other, Debbie Hanley; his sisters, Sandra (Larry) Mims of Hersey; his brother, John W. Lynn of Leroy, Michigan; his niece, Samantha (Jeremy) Conde; great niece, Sydney. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert L. Lynn.
