Ronald A. Hansen, age 64 of White Cloud, formerly of Fremont and Fife Lake, passed away peacefully at his home on Sunday, February 10, 2019. Ron was born on December 20, 1954 in Fremont to Robert L. and Luella Mae (Egbert) Hansen and grew up in the Manistee area. Ron had been a production worker and jack of all trades for many years and enjoyed playing Yahtzee, cribbage, poker and many card games; he was an avid reader of Western stories and enjoyed watching western movies on television, enjoyed throwing horseshoes in his younger years, camping and the Michigan outdoors. Ron is survived by his aunt, Cocoa Hansen of Manistee; cousin, Debra Alexander of White Cloud and her sons, Billy Joe Flores of White Cloud and his children, Bianca (Noah Olsson) Flores and her son Carter Duane and Billy's son, Nathan (Kenny Harrington) Hutchinson and his daughter, Nova Lee Hutchinson; Debra's son, and Michael Alan Flores of Big Rapids; Ron's great nephews, Eric Hansen and Nick Hobbs; cousin, Babette Bakhan (Lloyd Stever Jr.) and Terry Rose; R; neighbors and friends, Richard and Amy Wilson; Ron's children, Nicole Castle and Alan Hansen; Private family services will be held at the family home following Ron's wishes for cremation and burial will take place with his wife at the Bridgeton Township Cemetery in the summer of 2019.
