Obituary

Hagen, Rose T. Rose T. Hagen, age 84 of Muskegon, formerly of Fremont, passed away Tuesday, May 9, 2006 at the Mercy Hospital in Muskegon. Rose was born on August 31, 1921 in Oceana County to Frank and Mary (Meglich) Deblock and married Joseph John Hagen on April 19, 1941 at the St. Michaels Catholic Church in Brunswick. Rose had been a homemaker all her life and worked on Rose and Joes farm until their retirement and later move to Muskegon in 1972. She was a member of Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church in Muskegon and enjoyed gardening, cooking, and reading. She is survived by her husband of 65 years, Joe of Muskegon; her children, Joseph P. (Mary) Hagen of Alto; Esther (Ben) Beaudry of Muskegon; her grandchildren, Jillayne (Peter) Neathercott; Holly Hagen; Jody Beaudry; great grandchildren, Katie Neathercott; Daniel Neathercott;; Dawson Beaudry; Makenna Beaudry; sisters and brothers, Joe (Betty) Deblock of Holton; Anne Martin of Muskegon; Josephine Ashbaugh of Spring Lake; Cathy DeMars of Grand Rapids; Libby Macario of Muskegon. She was preceded in death by her brother, Frank Deblock and sisters, Dorothy McGibbon, Mary Hagen, Frances Stenberg Funeral services were held on Saturday, May 13, 2006 from the Our Lady Of Grace Catholic Church 451 S. Getty Muskegon Michigan 49442 with Rev. Father Michael Olson presiding with interment in the Oakwood Cemetery in Holton.
