Russell Dale Billings, age 72, of White Cloud, passed away Thursday, June 3, 2010.Russell was born on September 28, 1937, in Eau Claire, Michigan and was an avid hunter and outdoorsman. Russell was a member of St. Bartholomew Catholic Church in Newaygo Russell is survived by his wife of Susie of White Cloud, Kyle Brown, Dan McCumber, and many special friends. Russell was the youngest of 12 children. Services will be on Thursday, June 10, 2010 at 11 AM, at St. Bartholomew Catholic Church in Newaygo. Interment will be in the St. Bartholomew Catholic Cemetery in Newaygo. There will be visitation prior to the service from 10 - 11 AM at the Church. Friends may consider the family for memorial contributions to assist with funeral arrangements. Susie, It was my pleasure to have gotten to know "Papa" even better than I had in the previous years, during my weekly Communion visits with the two of you. He had a lot of funny and interesting stories to tell, and I will miss hearing those now. Know that you are in our thoughts and prayers as you go through this new adjustment in your life.
