Ruth E. Husted 101, passed away on Jaunary 4 , 2013 in Daytona Beach, Florida. Ruth was born on April 5, 1911 in Holton, Michigan daughter of Marvin and Minnie Husted. A life long resident of Michigan she always considered Holton her home. During the 43 years of her teaching career she lived in the areas where she taught, mostly central and western Michigan. She was a member of the Seventh-Day-Adventist Church. She is survived by her sister, Beverly Doll, with whom she lived for the past five years; nieces , Sue Mann, Gloria McMaster, Pat Colton and Tess Aklonis; newphew, Gary Husted, grand and great-grand nieces and nephews. Interment will be in Holton's Oakwood Cemetery. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 2, 2013, at 4 PM, at the Seventh Day Adventist Church, 5335 Garden St.Fremont, MI. 49412.
