Ruth M. Troyanowski, age 73 of White Cloud, passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 15, 2011 at Metron of Cedar Springs. Ruth is once again healthy and most certainly baking a batch of her famous chocolate chip cookies for the angels. Ruth was born on July 13, 1937 in Muskegon to Frank L. and Dorothy M. (McCauley) Gerencer and graduated from White Cloud High School in 1955. Ruth later married Edward Troyanowski on January 21, 1956 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in White Cloud. Ruth and Ed moved to the Grand Rapids area after their marriage, moving back to the White Cloud area in 1978 and spending their winter months in Cape Coral, Florida since 1990. Ruth had been the co-owner of Sportmans Trailer Park in White Cloud for 23 years and was a homemaker. Ruth had enjoyed fishing and hunting with her husband for over 30 years, enjoyed cooking, sewing and baking, feeding the birds, especially the hummingbirds and the wildlife in the area. One of Ruths greatest joys was spending time with her grandchildren, enjoying a rousing game of rummy or dominoes with them. SURVIVORS : her husband of 55 years, Ed of White Cloud; her children, Michael (Linda) Troyanowski of Rockford; Debbie (Tom) Adams of Suttons Bay, MI; Cindy (Doug) Wildey of Comstock Park; Tom (Melissa) Troyanowski of Rockford; 10 grandchildren, Michelle and Laura Troyanowski; Rebecca and Elizabeth Adams; Eric, Brian, and Kevin Wildey; Brad, Matthew and Andrew Troyanowski; her brothers and sister, John (Judi) Gerencer of White Cloud; Carol Martin of Clarksville, Tennessee; James (Maureen) Gerencer of Paw Paw, Michigan. VISITATION : Friday, May 20, 2011 from 11-12pm at the Crandell Funeral Home White Cloud Chapel. MEMORIAL SERVICES : Friday at 12pm at the funeral home. INTERMENT : St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.
