Samuel A. Tony Manino Jr., age 34 of Mt. Pleasant, passed away Saturday, October 10, 2015 at the University of Michigan Hospital in Ann Arbor following a short illness. Tony was born on November 5, 1980 in Alma, Michigan to Samuel A. and (Jeanne (Devlin) Manino and married Trisha Romager on September 7, 2005 in Fremont and graduate from Hesperia High School in 1999. Tony has been a resident of the Mt. Pleasant area since 2009 where he attended Central Michigan University working towards a degree in Business and Marketing and was currently working at Graff Chevrolet in Mt. Pleasant. Tony also attended Second City Improv School in Novi and later in Los Angeles, California before moving back to Michigan. Tony was an avid U of M Fan, enjoyed Detroit Tigers baseball and Detroit Lions football, listening to all type of music, had been involved with his childrens sports teams as an assistance coach but his greatest love was spending time with his children and being a great father and husband. Tony is survived by his wife, Trisha of Mt. Pleasant; his children, Vinny and Brianna; his mother, Jeanne (Chester) Chaney of Columbus, Ohio; his father, Samuel A. Manino Sr. of Mt. Pleasant; his brothers, Daniel (fianc, Julie Brown) Manino of Muskegon; Jordan Chaney of Mt. Pleasant; mother and father-in-law, Beverly and George Perry of Fremont; grandparents, Doris Helen Wissner of Fremont; Kenneth (Colleen) Wissner of Lansing; John Devlin of Edwardsburg, Michigan; sisters-in-laws, Heather (Andy) Hoffmann; Melissa Perry; Josh Perry; nieces and nephews, Jaxson Manino; Chance Brown; Andrew, Ryan, and Ainsley Hoffmann; Taylor and Dilyn Johnson; several aunts, uncles and cousins. Tony was preceded in death by his sister, Meghan Marie Manino on December 14, 2007; his grandparents, Philip and Joyce Manino; his uncle, Philip Manino and several other family members. VISITATION : Thursday, October 15, 2015 from 5-7pm at Crandell Funeral Home Fremont Chapel (7193 W. 48th Street Fremont MI) with FUNERAL SERVICES at 7pm at the funeral home.
