Sandra Grace Wiseman, 87, of Croton, entered into God's kingdom on October 27, 2023. She was born June 19, 1936 in Gary, Indiana. Moving south as a young girl, Sandy was a graduate of English, Indiana High School. She married the love of her life (and the most handsome man she could find in southern Indiana), Charles, in 1955. Charles and Sandra eventually settled down in Grant where they had three children and Sandy worked with her mom at Gingham Girls Bakery as well as at Gene's Market. Sandy was a devoted wife, mom, and grandmother. She loved to bake, craft, sew, yard sale, and spend any time she could with her grandchildren. Later in life, Charles and Sandra retired to her parents' home in Croton where Sandy enjoyed spending time in her garden and watching her great grandchildren grow. Sandy was a lifelong member of the Church of Christ. Sandy is survived by her husband, Charles M. Wiseman, son Charles L. (Joyce) Wiseman, daughter Jewell Wiseman, son-in-law James Brady, grandchildren Loretta (Rick) Powers, Charles J. (Sara) Wiseman, Gerald (Tanya) Manley, Matthew (Kayla) Wiseman, and Amber (Jason) Tatro. Sandy also leaves behind her beloved great grandchildren, Jarrid Line, Cody Tatro, Grace and Lucy Powers, Nevaeh and James Kuyers, and Hunter and Chase Manley, as well as great great granddaughter, Raelynn Line. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jewell and Henry Plank, her grandma who raised her Grace Fields, brother Ronald Valdivia, and sister Gloria Boyce. Sandy also longingly awaited to be reunited with her daughter, Rebecca Brady. A graveside service will be held Friday, November 3, 2023, at 11:00 am at Shippy Cemetery in Bailey, Michigan. After the service a luncheon will follow at Bailey Christian Church. Friends may consider memorial contributions to the Countryside Home in Fremont in memory of Sandra., c/o Crandell Funeral Home.
