Sara Ruth Relfe, age 89, of Fremont passed away Monday, August 27, 2001, at Transitional Health Services in Fremont. She was born on July 12, 1912, in Hartford, Indiana, to Charles E. and Hazel (Jamieson) Baker and married Audley Relfe on August 20, 1945, in Fairmount, Indiana. She is survived by her daughter-in-law Ruth Relfe of Deland, Florida and grandson Michael (Stephanie) Relfe of Virginia. She was preceded in death by her husband, Audley, in January, 1964. Funeral services were held on Thursday, August 30, 2001, at Crandell Funeral Home Chapel in Fremont with Chaplain Judy Corey officiating. Interment was in Maple Grove Cemetery.
