O'Neal, SFO, Orches V. Orches V. ONeal, SFO, age 89 of Fremont, passed away Sunday, May 14, 2006 at the Transitional Health Services in Fremont. Orches was born on July 20, 1916 in Oceola County to William Henry and Verna (Baker) Hodges and later married Clyde ONeal on March 4,1961 in Fremont. Clyde preceded her in death on August 5, 1998. Orches has been a resident of the Fremont area since 1970 where she had worked at Speas Apple Juice Company for a short time and had been a homemaker most of her life. She was an active member of the All Saints Catholic Church in Fremont where she was a member of the Alter Society, had been a former Eucharistic Minister and was a member of the St. Franciscan Order. She had also been a member of the Foster Grandparents Program. She is survived by her sister-in-law, Marie ONeal of Grand Haven; several cousins, including, Jim and Ann Briggs. She was preceded in death by her brother. Funeral Mass Services were held on Wednesday, May 17, 2006 from the All Saints Catholic Church in Fremont with Rev. Father Tony Russo presiding with interment in the Maple Grove Cemetery. Friends may consider Heartland Hospice for memorial contributions in memory of Orches.
