Kirk, Sidney F. Sidney F. Kirk, age 60 of Bitely, passed away Thursday, May 18, 2006 at the Gerber Memorial Health Services in Fremont. Sid was born on April 27, 1946 in Hazel Park, Michigan to Alexander and Doris (Bush) Kirk and later married Sandra Tenbrink on April 5, 1969 in Bitely. Sid has been a lifelong resident of the Bitely area where he enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson Fat Boy and riding with the Bitely Boys Riders Club. He was an avid rifle deer hunter; enjoyed riding horses and enjoyed spending time with his family. Sid retired in 2006 from the Newaygo County Road Commission where he had been a truck driver and served in the United States Navy during the Vietnam Era. He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Sandra of Bitely; his children, Tiffany Kirk (Brad Alexander) of Muskegon; Terra (Doug) Kirk-Grey of Bitely; Tommy Tooter (Stacey) Kirk of Newaygo; his grandchildren, Michael, Christopher, Karliegh; Ian; Tucker; Ryder; Sydnee; his mother, Doris Kirk of Baldwin; sisters, Sandy (Tim) Bayle of Bitely; Linda (John) Clark of Hesperia; Marla (Gene) George of Brohman; his mother-in-law, Fern Tenbrink of Fremont; his brother-in-law, Thomas (Char) Tenbrink Jr. of Fremont. He was preceded in death by his father, Alex and by his sister, Sharron Walker Kelly. FUNERAL MEMORIAL SERVICES : Tuesday, May 23, 2006 at 1pm at the Amazing Grace Acres Church in Bitely.
