Stanley "Rob" Gerald Robinson, age 58, of Newaygo, passed away on Saturday, December 31, 2022, at his home. Rob was born on May 19, 1964, in Fremont to Stanley Linwood and Karen Mae (Henry) Robinson. For those who knew Rob, you would say, he liked dirty jokes, coffee with friends, and loved his girls unconditionally. He was a taxidermist, avid hunter, and fisherman. He also had a career at General Motors. Rob is survived by his daughters, Megan and Chad Homberg of Naperville, Illinois and Dr. Regina and David Kirwin of Ludington; five grandchildren, Ethan and Sloane Homberg and Howie, Piper, and Leo Kirwin, father, Stanley L. Robinson, brother and sister, Walt and Mary Robinson of Grant, and Tammy McClain of Muskegon, several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother, Karen Robinson. There will be a gathering to celebrate his life on Saturday, January 14th, 2023, from 3 - 5 pm at The Depot Restaurant, 22 W Main St. Grant, MI 49327.
