Swart Sr., Stephen E. Stephen E. Swart Sr., age 64 of White Cloud, formerly of Grand Rapids , passed away Tuesday, September 24, 2002 at his home. He was born on October 8, 1937 in Grand Rapids to Walter and Ann (Vogt) Swart and had worked in the maintenance department at Harbor Industries in Grand Haven and also had worked for the Grand Trunk Railroad. He moved to the White Cloud area in 1997 from Hudsonville. He is survived by his children, Stephen (Thea) Swart of Holland; Linda (Roger) Rosema of Allendale; Kennth (Marlene) Swart of Hamilton; Raymond (Shanna) Swart of Holland; Barbara (John) Sheridan of Allendale; David (Tammy) Swart of Grand Haven; 14 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; his sister, Mary Ellen Swart of Grand Rapids. Funeral services were held on Thursday, September 26, 2002 from the Crandell Funeral Home White Cloud Chapel with Rev. Ron Mills presiding with interment in the Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Grand Rapids .
