Head, Susan Formerly of Fremont Susan Head, age 45, passed away February 16, 2000 in Arizona. She was a graduate of Fremont High School and attended Michigan State University. She received a nursing degree from Butterworth School of Nursing and a nurse practitioner degree from the University of Minnesota. She is survived by her parents Floyd & Betty Head and brothers Dan, Ron, and Gary. Memorial services were held on Tuesday, June 13, 2000 at St. Johns Episcopal Church with interment in Maple Grove Cemetery.
