Susan Kay Romska, age 65, of Clio passed away on Friday, January 28, 2022, in Fremont with her family by her side. Sue was born on April 4, 1956, in Fremont to Earl L. and Hazel M. (Bitson) Meyers and married Art Romska on January 1, 2003, in Ohio. Sue was a mathematics teacher for over forty years. Sue taught in Bossier City, Louisiana, for twenty years and then in the Saginaw Public Schools for twenty years. She loved to shop, sew, crochet, and was an excellent archer. Sue is survived by her husband, Art; son, Phil (Jenny) Baston of Raymore, Missouri; grandchildren, Madelyn Sue and Hunter Lee; brother and sister, Cathy (Morris) Rottman of Fremont and Glenn Meyers of Fremont; many special friends and her dog Caesar. Sue was preceded in death by her parents, Earl and Hazel; and sister, Dorothy Wray. A memorial service celebrating Susan's life will be held at 1 PM on Saturday, April 16, 2022, at the First Reformed Church in Fremont (348 E. Main Street) with Pastor Joel Zuidema officiating.
