Susan Marcella Corwin, a beloved mother, grandmother, and sister, passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 19th, 2025, at the age of 74. Born on December 13th, 1950, Susan made her home in Dorr, Michigan.

Susan was a devoted mother to Kathy (Ed) Ortiz and William (Gloria) Rinzema. She was cherished by her grandchildren Amanda, Victoria, Justin, Nathan, and Alexis, and blessed with great-grandchildren Brayden, Breonna, Brennen, Zachary, Miranda, Mason, Emberlynn, Michael, Braelynn, and Amelia. She will be deeply missed by her siblings, Linda Swanson, Marie Sage, Harry Werkema, and Mike Werkema. Susan was preceded in death by her beloved spouse, Perry Corwin, and her son, Arnold.

Throughout her life, Susan was known for her love of sewing and bowling, and she found immense joy in spending time with her grandchildren. An active member of Amvets Post 126, she dedicated much of her time to community service and camaraderie with fellow veterans.

Friends and family are invited to celebrate Susan's life at a Celebration of Life service to be held at Rock Solid in Morley, MI, on Friday, October 24th, 2025, at 12:00 pm. A luncheon will immediately follow at 1:00 pm at Rock Solid. Arrangements have been entrusted to Crandell Funeral Home - Fremont Chapel.
