Sylvia Mae Caseltine, age 64, of White Cloud, passed away Saturday, October 2, 2010 at her home. She was born on April 21, 1946, in Fremont to John and Viola (Christopher) Tice Sr. and married George Louis Caseltine on January 14, 1967, in Muskegon. Sylvia was a homemaker and loved spending time caring for her family. She is survived by her children, Jeffery (Jane) Ashley of New Castle, Indiana; Leona (Artie) Penn of Muskegon; her grandchildren, Summer (Ken) Tolar of White Cloud; Amanda Ashley of New Castle, Ashalie Penn of Muskegon, Jeffery (Megan) Ashley Jr. of New Castle; great grandchildren, David Emil Minton II, Kahlon Rayne Tolar, Raylynn Nicole Minton, and Ravin Frost Tolar; brothers and sister, John (Dorothy) Tice of South Carolina, David (JoAnn) Tice of Muskegon, Barbara (Bert) Caseltine of White Cloud, James (Mable) Tice of Holton, Kenneth (Barb) Tice of White Cloud, Donald (Melody) Tice of Rothbury, Art (Vicki) Atkin of Holton, Dale (Tammy) Tice of Muskegon, George (Deb) Tice of Muskegon; Rex Allen Butler of Indiana; several aunts and uncles; nieces and nephews; cousins; and special friend, Carol Martel of White Cloud. She was preceded in death by her husband George; parents, John and Viola; and brother, Wayne Tice. Visitation will be held on Tuesday evening, October 5, 2010, from 6 8 PM at the Crandell Funeral Home in White Cloud. Funeral services will be held at 2 PM on Wednesday at the Funeral Home with Dawn Rose presiding. Interment will be in the White Cloud Cemetery.
