Ted Belanger, Teddy B., age 72, of White Cloud, passed away on Monday, January 31, 2011, at his home. Ted was born on February 14, 1938, in Whitefield, New Hampshire, to Joseph H. and Helena (Gagne) Belanger and married Julie Hurlburt on December 18, 1977, in Muskegon. Ted was a rural mail carrier in White Cloud for many years and served in the National Guard. Ted loved to entertain and was lead singer and played guitar for The Good Time Band. Ted is survived by his loving wife of 33 years, Julie; children, Joseph Belanger of Newberry, Theodore Belanger of Munising, Tania (Kenneth) Anderson of Newberry, Trevor Belanger of Newberry, Shiloh (Richard) Maier of Grand Rapids, and Mandi (Ty Chasey) Bird of Grand Rapids; 6 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; brothers and sisters, Al (Clare) Walker of North Carolina, Helen Thorn of Buxton Maine, Henry Walker of Florida, Linwood (Theresa) Walker of Hollis, Maine, and Ethelyn (Robert) Strout of Standish, Maine. He was preceded in death by his brother, Bernard Walker and sister, Janette Harmson. A memorial service celebrating Teds life will be held 11 AM, on Friday, February 4, 2011, at the Crandell Funeral Home in White Cloud with pastor Duane Klas from the Resurrection Life Church in Rockford officiating.
