Theresa Ann Sutton, age 44 of Newaygo, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, March 5, 2001 following injuries received in an auto accident. She was born on May 4, 1956 in Fremont to John and Margaret (Dutcher) Kosla and has been a lifelong resident of the Newaygo and White Cloud area. She had been a rural mail carrier for the United States Post Office in Newaygo for the past year and had also worked at the Newaygo County Magistrate Office for 15 years prior. She was a member of the St. Joseph Catholic Church in White Cloud. She is survived by her husband, John of Newaygo; her son, Daniel (Mandy) Bain of Monroe, Michigan; her grandson, Blake Bain of Monroe; her parents, John & Margaret Kosla of White Cloud; her sisters and brothers, John (Elizabeth) Kosla of White Cloud; Stan (Mia) Kosla of California; Matt (Susan) Kosla of Amble; Stella Crawford of White Cloud; Debbie Hewitt of Brohman; Gloria LaBelle of White Cloud; nieces and nephews, Tonia Sweezey; Tricia Crawford; Brianna Kosla, Eric Kosla, Chandler Kosla; Jason Hewitt, Chad Hewitt, Christopher Hewitt; Erica Meech; Mandy Barnhard; Angie Ditlow; James LaBelle, Becca LaBelle; Jonathon Kosla, Melissa Kosla, Christopher Kosla; great nephew, Parker Sweezey; stepchildren, Rod Sutton; Robbie (Stacie) Sutton; Ryan Sutton; several aunts, uncles, cousins. Funeral Mass Services were held on Friday, March 9, 2001 from the St. Joseph Catholic Church in White Cloud with Rev. Father Ray Bruck presiding with interment in the Big Prairie Township Cemetery.
