Thomas Phillip Hallowell, age 66, of Hesperia passed away on Friday, December 3, 2021, at his home. Tom was born on June 2, 1955, in Dayton, Ohio, to Douglas and Betty Mae (Annis) Hallowell and married Mary Jane Zinn in Hesperia on June 10, 1978. He owned and operated Tom's Auto Repair in Hesperia for over 35 years and enjoyed hunting and football, but especially loved to golf. Tom is survived by his wife, Mary; children, Carrie (Ryan) Hansen of Ann Arbor, Corinne Lynn Hallowell of Twin Lake, and Kelsey Mae Hallowell of Hesperia; grandchildren, Rylee Lynn Coulier-Buchner and Hannah Rae Coulier-Buchner; sisters and brother, Kathleen (Susan Mathews) Hallowell, Dawn Hamilton, brother Kelly (Michelle) Baker; and many special friends. He was preceded in death by his granddaughter, Bailey Jean Coulier-Buchner. A Celebration of Life for Tom will be held from 2 – 5PM on Saturday December 11, 2021, at the Hesperia American Legion #411.
