Thomas "Tom" O. Gleason, age 68 of White Cloud, passed away Friday, December 17, 2021 at the Spectrum Health Butterworth Hospital in Grand Rapids. Tom was born on February 1, 1953 in Fremont to George and Thelma (Nelson) Gleason and graduated from Holton High School. Tom later married Debra Verschueren and has been a resident of the White Cloud area for over 20 years when he moved from Hesperia. Tom had worked at Magna Donnelley in Newaygo until his retirement and enjoyed working on cars – body work and mechanic work but especially treasured the time he spent with his grandchildren. Tom is survived by his wife, Debra Gleason of Whitehall; children, Beverly Figueroa of Holton; Thomas Gleason of Florida; Shannon (Lee) Sutton of White Cloud; Lori (Ignacio) Ramirez of Texas; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; and several brothers and sisters; special friend, Marilyn Lummen of Grant. Cremation has taken place and burial of the cremated remains will take place in the spring or summer of 2022.
