Obituary

Timothy D. Reagan, age 59 of Fremont, passed away Friday, July 12, 2013 at the Spectrum Health Butterworth Campus. Tim was born on November 2, 1953 in Muskegon to Donald and B. Jane (Pascoe) Reagan and graduated from Mona Shores High School. After graduation, Tim married Gwene Stratton on June 16, 1973 in Muskegon. Tim had been a Journeyman and carpenter and worked at the Carpenters Local #100 where he had been a former Union Steward. Tim was affiliated with the St. Michaels Catholic Church in Brunswick and had taught catechism and religious education at All Saints Catholic Church previously. He had also been active in the Bridgeton Township offices where he was currently chairman of the Zoning Board of Appeals. Tim had been active in the Newaygo County Diabetes Support Group, Fremont Youth Football, enjoyed fishing, cooking, and gardening and especially enjoyed spending time with his family, grandchildren and his pug, Sadie. Tim is survived by his wife of 40 years, Gwene of Fremont; his son, Chad (Jennifer) Reagan of Fremont; his daughter, Deanna (Jim) Billings of Fremont; his three grandchildren, Ryleigh and Casey Reagan and Raymond Billings; his parents, Don and Jane Reagan; his sister, Theresa Terri (Larry) Reagan Smith of Fremont; his brother, Michael (Susan) Reagan of Fremont; many beloved nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews; several aunts, uncles and cousins. VISITATION : Wednesday, July 17, 2013 from 4-7 at Crandell Funeral Home Fremont Chapel. MEMORIAL MASS OF RESURRECTION : Thursday, July 18, 2013 at 11am at St. Michaels Catholic Church in Brunswick. MEMORIAL CONTRIBUTIONS : American Diabetes Association.
