Tonya Marie Ferguson, age 58 passed away July 18, 2023 at Corewell Cancer Center in Grand Rapids Michigan. Tonya was born on November 14, 1964 in Florida to William L. and Patricia Carnley which preceded her in death. Tonya lived most of her life in Newaygo County, Michigan until moving to Grand Rapids, Michigan and enjoyed knitting and being with her family. Survived by husband, Jim Ferguson; children David, Brandi, Alyson and Codie Coronado and Frank (wife, Katelynn) Walker and Josiphi Coronado; stepchildren, Ashley Doorenbos and Samantha James and Kristina Ferguson; siblings, Lee (Judy) Carnley, Don (Phyllis) Bulson, Dale Bulson, Dawnie (Randy) Hayman and Cindy Arellano and good friends, Evelyn Hibbs and Cindy Bulson, Frank Walker III (father of Frank IV); 27 grand children. She was preceded in death by her grandchildren Kane and Jayden Coronado and her husband, David Coronado. A time of celebration and remembrance will be held on Saturday, July 29, 2023 starting at 4:00 p.m. at the family home on 10113 Mason Drive, Grant MI 49327.
