Virginia I. Curtis, age 79 of Grand Rapids, formerly of White Cloud, passed away Tuesday, July 24, 2001 at Spectrum Health Services. She was born on May 25, 1922 in Grand Rapids to Archibald Roy and Alice Marie (Hamilton) DeLodge and later married William C. Curtis. William preceded her in death in 1977. She is survived by her son, David (Debra) Curtis of South Carolina; step-daughter, Sharon (Donn) Ringold of Grand Rapids; step-daughter, Wanda Bush of Parksville, New York; 16 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; sisters, Donna Vosburg of Flint; Joyce (Robert) Tetro of Jenison; Shirley (Winn) Boehm of Blue Lake; Amber Downs of Grand Rapids. Preceded in death by son, Bruce Willoby and daughter, Elizabeth. Funeral memorial services were held on Saturday, July 28, 2001 from the Chapel Hill Cemetery Chapel in Grand Rapids with interment in Chapel Hill Cemetery.
