Virginia L. "Ginny" Kerbersky, age 82 of Hart, formerly of Hesperia, passed away Monday, November 6, 2017 at the Mercy Health Lakeshore Campus in Shelby. Virginia was born on May 3, 1935 in Delta County, Michigan to Andrew and Grace (Ames) Burnette and later married Russell L. "Pete" Kerbersky on June 20, 1959 in Muskegon. Russell preceded her in death on December 2, 2016. Virginia had worked as a clothing clerk at Goodwill and later at the American Council for the Blind in Grand Rapids until her retirement. Ginny enjoyed word search puzzles and books, cooking, enjoyed being a homemaker, taking pontoon rides with Pete, going on car rides and going out for lunch and was always up for eating chocolate.

Virginia is survived by special friends, Janet & Mark Stitt; Jim & Sue Tuffelmire; Sam & Barb Erickson; Thelma & Al Carr. She was preceded in death by her sisters, Fay Sanderson and Lucille Albert.

Graveside Services will be held on Friday, November 10, 2017 at 1pm at the Sunrise Memorial Garden's Chapel in Muskegon with interment in the Sunrise Memorial Gardens. Friends may consider memorial contributions to Harbor Hospice in memory of Ginny.
