Virginia Ann Padowicz, age 87, passed away peacefully on January 10, 2025, after a long battle with health issues. Born on September 1, 1937, in Chesaning, Michigan, she was the beloved daughter of John and Helen (Tithof) Nietling and grew up alongside her three sisters, Jean (Edward) Lienau, Kathaleen (Jerry) Brown, and Diane (Mike) Koviack.
Virginia graduated from Our Lady of Perpetual Help High School in Chesaning and embarked on a varied career before discovering her passion for real estate. She worked as a dedicated agent for several local agencies in the Saginaw and Chesaning areas. After retiring, Virginia moved to White Cloud with her husband, Robert Padowicz, where she embraced a quieter life filled with family and community.
Virginia was known for her vibrant spirit and love for helping others. She cherished spending time with her children and grandchildren, often hosting family gatherings where no one left without enjoying a meal together. She had a special fondness for holidays like Christmas and Easter, always ensuring gifts were prepared for her loved ones. Virginia also enjoyed garage sales with her best friend Elaine, playing Bingo, and being an active member of her church community.
She is lovingly remembered by her children: Helen (Tim) Deam; Diane (Jerry) Lach; Timothy (Sheree) Blazejewski; and Amanda (John) Glazier. Her legacy continues through her grandchildren: Robert Deam (Kristen Taylor), Jessica Deam, Thomas Bramer, Michael (Melanie) Lach, Matthew Lach (Rebecca Miranda), Lauren (Alex) Ososki, Justin (Lauren) Blazejewski, Kyler (Dana) Dodak, Bronzon Glazier, Gracie Radosa, and Mitchell Radosa; as well as her great-grandchildren: Zoey Deam, Kyan Deam, Levi Deam, Isaac Taylor, Owen Taylor, Addison Lach, Harper Lach, Easton Ososki, Sloane Ososki, Tatum Ososki, Bryson Blazejewski, and Ella Blazejewski.
A celebration of Virginia's remarkable life will take place on Saturday, April 26, 2025 at New Life Assembly of God Church from 11:00 a.m. with a one hour visitation prior to the service. Interment will take place prior to the service in a private ceremony.
The family wishes to express their sincere gratitude to Crandell Funeral Home - White Cloud for their caring assistance with the arrangements. Virginia's life touched many, and she will be dearly missed by all who knew her. Her legacy of love, service, and resilience will continue to inspire all those fortunate enough to have been part of her journey.
