Vivian Yvonne Tuffs Kloosterman Ranville, 90, of Fremont departed to be face to face with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on May 16, 2012. She was born December 1, 1922 in Grand Rapids, Michigan to William and Uvuan Tuffs. Vivian graduated from Creston High School in 1941 and remained active with her high school classmates meeting every month for lunch for many, many years. She was a homemaker and also worked at the Hi-Lites Shoppers Guide in Fremont for 20 years. She was a member of the Bible Doctrine Church of West Michigan and her friends and family knew her as a fervent prayer warrior. Vivian was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary Post 157, and met monthly with a group of dear friends for nearly 50 years as part of the Michigan State Extension. She was a huge fan of the Fremont High School football and basketball teams and found great joy at attending the Fremont High School Theater performances for over 40 years. She enjoyed following her grandchildren in all their activities and in spending as much time with them as possible. Vivian is survived by her husband of 61 years, Edward of Fremont; her sons George (Gail) of Grand Rapids and Paul (Deb) of Marshall; five grandchildren Danny, Katy, Becca, Veronica, and Robby; her sisters Gloria (Jackson) of Lowell, Joan (Larry) of Lowell, and Bill (Ellie) of Buffalo, Minnesota. She was preceded in death by her first husband Edward Kloosterman and her brother Lloyd Tuffs. VISITATION : Friday, May 24, 2013 from 2-4pm at Crandell Funeral Home Fremont Chapel.
