Klomp, Wayne W. Wayne W. Klomp, age 63 of Newaygo, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, November 17, 2006 at his home. Wayne was born on November 6, 1943 in Fremont to Arthur and Dorothy (Allhands) Klomp and graduated from Fremont High School in 1962. Wayne has been a lifelong resident of the Fremont and Newaygo area where he had been a maintenance supervisor at Gerber Products Company, facility engineer at Foremost, and self employed carpenter for several years until his retirement. He was currently a clerk at the Grant Tru-Value. He enjoyed woodworking, coin collecting, bass fishing, hunting, and model railroading. He is survived by his children, Wes (Julie) Klomp of Grand Ledge; Lara (Brad) Walker of Holt; Erin Klomp and special friend, Luke Andrus of Newaygo; Lance Klomp and special friend, Laura Heykoop of Newaygo; Jeff Klomp of Newaygo; his grandchildren, Delaney Klomp; Ryan Walker; Camden Walker; Logan Wayne Klomp; his brothers, Jack (Mary Ellen) Klomp of Fremont; Glen (Delores) Klomp of Twin Lake; Jerry (Betty) Klomp of Fremont; George Klomp of Newaygo; his dog, Kizzy; brother-in-law, Lawrence Waybill of Fremont; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur and Dorothy Klomp and by his sister, Carolyn Waybill. Funeral services were held on Tuesday, November 21, 2006 at Crandell Funeral Home Fremont Chapel with interment in the Oak Grove Cemetery in Newaygo. Friends may consider the Wayne W.
