Wayne H. Scarbrough, age 51 of White Cloud and formerly of Bitely, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, November 6, 2020 at his home. Wayne was born on January 5, 1969 in Muskegon to Fred Wayne and Mary Esther (Welham) Scarbrough. Wayne met and later married Lois Burch on July 15, 1989 in Grand Rapids and they moved to the Bitely area where they had lived for many years until the moved to White Cloud in August 2020. Wayne had been a truck driver at Eagle Transportation, Herin Trucking and most recently worked as a cooling specialist at Arbor Farms in Walkerville. Wayne enjoyed hunting, fishing, pitching horseshoes, riding his Harley motorcycle, two tracking, and was a strong advocate for legalizing marijuana. Wayne truly treasured the time he spent spoiling his grandchildren. Wayne is survived by his wife and soulmate of 31 years, Lois of White Cloud; his children, Eric Scarbrough of Bitely; Erica Scarbrough of White Cloud; his grandchildren, Temperance Scarbrough, Elyzabel Scarbrough-Mikrut, and Arielle Scarbrough-Mikrut; his brother, Herb Scarbrough of Bitely; his sister, Mary Nichols of Muskegon; his mother-in-law, Lois Wilson of White Cloud; sister-in-law, Hope (Terry) Green of Hesperia; brothers-in-law, Daniel Burch of Baldwin; David Burch of White Cloud; several nieces and nephews. Wayne was preceded in death by his parents, Fred Wayne and Mary Esther Scarbrough.
