Wesley Carl Walters, age 44 of White Cloud, went to be with his Lord and Savior unexpectedly on Tuesday, September 28, 2010 at the Spectrum Health Butterworth Campus in Grand Rapids. Wes was born on November 8, 1965 in Deckerville, Michigan to Larry and Martha (VanDalen) Walters. Wes married Michelle Goforth on March 18, 1989 in Freeport, Michigan and moved to the White Cloud area in 2001 from Grand Rapids. Wes was the founder and operator of Awesome Power Washers Inc. which he has owned and operated for several years. He enjoyed 1969 Mustangs, camping, listening to audio books, canning everything, bible studies but his true enjoyment in life was his wife and children. Wes was a member of the Big Jackson Church of God. SURVIVORS : his wife of 22 years, Michelle of White Cloud; his son, Christopher Wesley Carl Walters Jr. of Croton; his daughter, Savanna Ashlynn Maxine Walters of White Cloud; his mother and father, Larry and Martha Walters of Croton; sister, Theresa (Warren) DeWeerd of Grant; Sandra Withrow of White Cloud; nieces and nephews, Jessie Withrow; Cody Withrow, Jon Withrow, Shane Withrow; Nick DeWeerd; his father-in-law, Virlin J. Goforth. He was preceded in death by his mother-in-law, Janet Maxine Goforth. Funeral Services were held on Sunday, October 3, 2010 at the Big Jackson Church of God 4001 E 13 Mile Road Paris, Michigan 49338 with interment in the White Cloud Cemetery.
