Dutcher, Willard Bill H. Willard Bill H. Dutcher, age 74 of White Cloud, passed away Tuesday, August 10, 2004 at the Metron Nursing Center in Big Rapids. He was born on February 10, 1930 in Kent County, Michigan to Charles Edward and Mary (Myers) Dutcher and later married his wife, Virginia. Virginia preceded him in death. He had been a maintance worker and was associated with the Catholic Church. He is survived by his children, Willard (Valerie) Dutcher Jr. of Newaygo; Venessa (Ben) Patrick of Arkansas; 6 grandchildren; his brothers, Edward Dutcher of Arizona; Donald Dutcher of White Cloud; his sister, June (Joseph) Kosla of White Cloud.
