William A. Sleaford, 87, of Hesperia passed away on Saturday, December 31, 2011, at Transitional Health Services in Fremont. He was born on June 20, 1924, to Clarence and Madge (Grewette) Sleaford and married Bonnie Lou Anne Huntoon on August 16, 1947, in North Muskegon. Bill was an Air Force Veteran of WWII and member of the Hesperia-Arcana Masonic Lodge #346. Bill is survived by his loving wife of 64 years Bonnie, of Hesperia; children, Bradley (Karen) Sleaford PhD of Livermore, California, Libby Sleaford of Grand Haven, and Laurie (Kenneth) Peters of Hart; grandchildren, Scott (Hollie) Peters and their child Zoanne, Kyle (Krystle Schaner) Peters and their child Kloey, Krista (Michael) Erickson and their child, and Michael Groustra. Bill was preceded in death by brothers, Duane and Robert Sleaford. A celebration of Bills life will be held on Saturday, June 23, 2012, at 11 AM, at the Hesperia-Arcana Masonic Lodge #346.
