Wilma Mae Weemhoff, age 91, of White Cloud and formerly of Jenison, passed away on Tuesday, July 26, 2022, at Evergreen Terrace Assisted Living in Big Rapids. Wilma was born on September 16, 1930, in Ellsworth, Michigan to Solie and Effie (Vandermeulen) Goeman and married Kenneth James Weemhoff on June 29, 1951. Wilma had worked as a cashier for Kroger and Daane's Foods and enjoyed walking and was an avid reader. Wilma is survived by her children, Pat (Fred) Bruinsma of White Cloud, Susanne Kay (Mark) Vredeveld of Grand Haven, Jim Kenneth (Linda) Weemhoff of Jenison, and Ron James (Laura) Weemhoff of Kentwood; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren and special friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth in 1981 and an infant brother, Edward in 1929. Private graveside services will be held at Pine Hill Cemetery in Kentwood.
