Yvonne Marie Joan Wing, age 77, of Fremont and formerly of Detroit, passed away on Wednesday, February 13, 2013, at Spectrum Health Services Butterworth Campus. Joan was born on May 26, 1935, in Detroit to Raymond and Yvonne (Vernocke) Andrysiak and married Richard E. Wing on January 19, 1957, at St. Jude Catholic Church in Detroit. Joan was the office manager for Detroit Police Benefit and Protective Association and was a member of the Women of the Moose in Fremont. Joan is survived by her children, Leslie Wing of Fremont and Keith (Michele) Wing of Mt. Clemens; and granddaughter, Kelsey Wing. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dick in 2010; grandson, Jake Wing; and sister, Karen Andrysiak. A Memorial Mass will be held at All Saints Catholic Church on Tuesday, February 26, 2013, at 11:30 AM with celebrant Father Roc Majalla.
