James Richard TenBrink

James Richard TenBrink, age 75 of Muskegon, passed away Friday, November 25, 2022 at the Corewell Gerber Memorial Health Services in Fremont. James was born on November 19, 1947 in Muskegon to Gerrit and Ethel M. (Tomorski) TenBrink and joined the United States Marine Corps at the age of 17 where he served during the Vietnam War until his honorable discharge. James later returned back to the area and had been a Union Truck Driver with the Teamsters Local 406 until his retirement. James had enjoyed fishing, playing volleyball, biking and enjoyed visiting with friends, family and socializing whenever he could.

James is survived by his daughters, Marie Bumpus of Gregory, Michigan; Stacia (Hile) Ripley of Twin Lake; Katherine TenBrink of Gregory, Michigan; his grandchildren, Natasha, David, Amber, Marly and Carter, Courtney, Alyssa; his great grandchildren, Austin, Nova, Kylie, Kashia, Sophie and Luke. James was preceded in death by his parents, Gerrit and Ethel TenBrink; his daughter, Marlain Lopez; brothers, Lawrence Hallman, Rodney TenBrink, and Gerrit TenBrink.

VISITATION : Monday, December 5, 2022 from 10-11am at the St. Michael Catholic Church in Brunswick - 6382 S. Maple Island Road Fremont MI 49412. MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL : Monday, December 5, 2022 at 11am at the St. Michael Catholic Church in Brunswick.
