Julie Austin Obituary
Julie Ann Austin, age 65, of Twin Lake passed away on Saturday, October 29, 2022, at home with her family by her side. Julie was born on November 12, 1956, in Fremont to Edward Albert and Joan Annette (Sorenson) Dagen and later married Ned Austin on November 5, 1994, in Muskegon. Julie enjoyed board games, camping, and time with her family. Julie loved Halloween and looked forward each year to decorating and dressing up.
Julie is survived by her husband, Ned; her daughter, Stacy (Eric Kern) Kokx of Roosevelt Park; Ned’s children, Kristy (Brent) Taylor of Lansing and Valorie (Paul) Munix of Mount Pleasant; grandchildren, Dylan Kern and Derek Kern; and may special friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Joan.
A Celebration of Life for Julie will be held on Saturday, November 19, 2022, from 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM at the Holton American Legion. Interment will be in Moorland Township Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Austin family to assist with expenses. Friends may share memories and condolences with Julie’s family at www.crandellfh.com.
